HealthTeamWorks - CU eLearning https://www.healthteamworks.org/workforce-development-training/cu-elearning HealthTeamWorks has partnered with University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine eLearning - A Trusted and Valued Source for Online Learning! CU e-Learning got its start eight years ago when the CU Department of Family Medicine recognized a need to educate Residency students about the patient-centered medical home (PCMH). From our work within practices, it became evident there was a void in education for clinicians, residents, and practice staff, such as medical assistants and office managers. Our modules were developed to help fill that void. Over the years they have been used by many medical residency programs, University of Colorado practices, Salud practices, other practices in Colorado and the country; and are licensed to the American Board of Family Medicine for educational use for their Diplomates. CU eLearning currently offers more than 80 modules with topics that range from practice transformation to integration of behavioral health into primary care.  Our goal is to provide evidence-based, up-to-date information in an efficient and interesting way, so the healthcare workers in a wide variety of positions have the ability to leverage it to improve patient care, job satisfaction, and costs. Each of our e-Learning modules presents topical information in a variety of formats and interactive methods. We present the latest research data and practical tips on how to apply the data to the day-to-day work of healthcare. The Clinician Practice Transformation modules and the Behavioral Health Integration modules offer AAFP CME credit (1 credit/module completed).   Behavioral Health Integration Integrated behavioral health care blends care in one setting for medical conditions and related behavioral health factors that affect health and well-being.
