Bert Miuccio Chief Executive Officer

Bert has planned, financed, developed, operated, expanded and transformed healthcare and public interest organizations for thirty years. Before joining HealthTeamWorks as CEO, Bert was Senior Solutions Lead at TransforMED, the practice transformation subsidiary of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Prior, Bert was CEO of the Center for Internet Security (CIS), a public interest technology organization with global reach and impact. Before co-founding CIS, Bert served in executive leadership positions in the Adventist Health System and was President of CentraCare, an urgent care company with locations throughout central Tennessee. He also held leadership positions at several acute care hospitals affiliated with the Catholic Health Association.

Kristi Bohling-DaMetz, RN, BSN, MBA Chief Strategy Officer

Kristi comes to HealthTeamWorks with more than 20 years of healthcare delivery, training and transformation experience. Previously, Kristi was a leader at TransforMED, a subsidiary of the American Academy of Family Physicians, where she acted as Program Director for CMMI’s Patient-Centered Medical Neighborhood Health Care Innovation Award. She led a team of Project Managers, Consultants, Practice Coach Facilitators, and Training and Development Managers to improve outcomes related to quality, cost savings, patient experience, and scalability across 15 health systems and communities. Most recently, Kristi served as a senior advisor and subject matter expert at the strategy and technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. Kristi received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University and her MBA from Friends University.

David Ehrenberger, M.D. Chief Medical Officer

David has practiced family medicine since 1987, most recently at a Level III NCQA Recognized Medical Home where he worked for 17 years. Before joining HealthTeamWorks as Chief Medical Officer, he served in the role of CMO at Avista Adventist Hospital in Louisville, Colorado, and as Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Physician Network, a 240 provider Accountable Care Organization. Special interests include the use of a community-wide electronic health record and clinical data analytics to promote value-based population healthcare, the advancement of health information exchanges, and physician leadership around sustainable, team-based systems of primary and specialty care. He is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley, the Tufts University School of Medicine and the UCLA Family Medicine Residency in Santa Monica.

Paul Grundy, MD, MPH, FACOEM Global Director of Healthcare Transformation


Paul, known as the “godfather” of the Patient Centered Medical Home movement and member of the Institute of Medicine, joins us from IBM where as Chief Medical Officer for IBM’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry where he developed and executed strategies on transformation initiatives in the healthcare industry. Paul currently serves as a director of the ACGME, the body responsible for accrediting graduate medical training programs. Paul is the founding President of the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative, an organization dedicated to advancing a new primary-care model, called the patient-centered medical home; he was also fundamental in creating it in early 2006. Paul is a retired senior diplomat with the rank of Minister Consular U.S. State Department and was Medical Director for the International SOS and Adventist Health. Among a number of recognitions and awards, Paul won the NCQA national quality award for 2012 and the American College of Occupational Environmental Medicine 2013 Sappington Memorial Award. Paul is also an adjunct professor at the University of Utah Department of Family and Preventive Medicine and at University of California San Francisco Department of Family and Community Medicine. He attended medical school at the University of California San Francisco and earned his Master's Degree in Public Health at the University of California Berkeley. Tessa Arons Program Manager

Tessa began her career in healthcare in 2002, leading efforts to support Federally Qualified Health Centers in a national initiative that included implementation and use of population health management software and analytics towards improved chronic condition and preventive measure outcomes. Most recently she headed up Quadruple Aim improvement activities as the Director of Quality for a Front Range Independent Physician Association (IPA) that demonstrated lower costs and better outcomes. Tessa understands the intersection of team-based clinical care, IT/IS, and quality measure performance, and translates between interdisciplinary stakeholders to harmonize these components of today’s value-based payment reality. Tessa received her degree from University of Colorado Boulder.

Jennifer Boaz, MHA, BSN, RN, PCMH CCE, Program Manager

Jennifer has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 12 years with roles ranging from clinical nursing and population management to administrative leadership. During this time, she has worked in various settings, including hospitals, FQHCs, state-designated HIE and private health plans. Her main passion is assisting and supporting practices with the ongoing changes in the healthcare environment, particularly in regards to quality improvement, population management, and informational technology.

David Brody, MD Consultant

Dave is currently the Chief Medical Officer of the Colorado Community Health Alliance, an organization that oversees the healthcare of more than 130,000 Medicaid recipients. From 2005 to 2015, Dave was the Medical Director of Denver Health’s Managed Care Plans and a Professor of Medicine at The University of Colorado, School of Medicine. Prior to his leadership role at Denver Health - a fully-integrated, efficient, high-quality health care system that is Colorado's primary safety net institution and a model for others nation-wide – Dave was the Chief of General Internal Medicine at Drexel University School of Medicine and at Temple University School of Medicine. His research on managing mental health problems in the primary care setting has been funded by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Henry J. Kaiser Foundation, and the Colorado Health Foundation, among others. He has presented his innovative population health management programs at the following conferences: The World Congress' 8th Annual Leadership Summit on Medicaid Managed Care, Behavioral Health Management for Commercial and Medicaid Health Plans, The Dual Eligible Congress, The American Hospital Association National Symposium on Leading and Governing Healthcare Organizations, America’s Health Insurance Plans' Medicare Conference, The Medicare Advantage Congress, The Accountable Care Organization Summit, The Association for Community Affiliated Plans' Annual Quality Meeting and Building Bridges: A Conference Sponsored by America’s Health Insurance Plans and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. He received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and practiced medicine for more than 20 years. Dr. Brody is a member of the Board of Directors of HealthTeamWorks.

Mike Chase, MD Consultant

Dr. Chase was Associate Medical Director of Quality and Informatics for the Colorado Permanente Medical Group(CPMG), which is comprised of more than 1,000 physicians and delivers medical care for more than 600,000 members of Kaiser Permanente Colorado (KPCO) including 60,000 Medicare Advantage members. Mike’s passion has been advancing patient-centered care by implementing processes and technology to support patients, their physicians and medical care team while improving quality and attending to resource stewardship. He joined CPMG in 1986 and worked as a full time practicing internist for the first 12 years. During that time, Mike was involved in development and implementation of clinical guidelines, redesign of the CME program, and implementation of clinical pharmacy programs in anti-coagulation and cardiac risk. He was a member of the pharmacy formulary committee, and active in teaching and oversight of medicine residents. In 1998, Dr. Chase became the physician lead for the Clinical Information System implementation, an EHR co-developed with IBM. From 1999 to 2001, Mike was the Department Chief of Internal Medicine, responsible for clinical programs, quality, resource stewardship, recruitment, and performance management. He joined the KPCO executive team and served as the Associate Medical Director of Quality and Informatics from 2001-2014, where he led programs in quality improvement, prevention, chronic care, patient safety, risk management, ethics, clinical research as well as medical informatics including the EHR, clinical decision support, clinical registries, health information exchange, and data strategy. In 2014, he retired after a 28-year career. Mike is a member of the HealthTeamWorks Board of Directors.

Tom Dameron Consultant

After graduating with a BSBA in Statistics, Tom went on to become the Director of Actuarial and Underwriting for a local non-profit Blues Plan. He subsequently held national and local health plan executive leadership positions at United Health, Cigna and Aetna. Tom consults with clinically integrated networks (aka ACOs, IDNs, etc.) in his current role as Senior Vice President with Continental Benefits and remains focused on the health care quadruple aim of better population health, better patient experience, better physician experience, and better per capita cost. Tom’s comprehensive subject matter expertise includes at least the following: Population health management information technology and assessment analytics necessary to improve outcomes and financial success for clinically integrated networks; Value-based contracting on behalf of clinically integrated networks; including, and not limited to, shared savings and shared risk agreements; All actuarial and underwriting concepts necessary for financial success in the commercial fully insured market and the employer self-funded market; Customized end-to-end health plan services necessary to “productize” the clinically integrated network and sell directly to self-funded employers.

Priscilla Gascon Solutions Specialist

Priscilla joins HealthTeamWorks after a consultative sales role within an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) industry leader, where she focused on customer engagement and relationship management. After witnessing numerous changes and challenges taking place within the healthcare industry from the MRO perspective, she sought out a means of applying her sales approach to a more impactful segment of the market. Growing up in Miami, FL, she is fully bilingual in Spanish and received her BS from Florida International University.

Leah Goetz, MA, LPC Practice Facilitator

Leah has been a Behavioral Health Provider for twelve years and is currently licensed in Colorado. Before joining HealthTeamWorks, Leah was working in a residency program teaching resident physicians and working on an integrated treatment team. She is passionate about patient care and addressing the whole person, as well as using data and evidence based practices to drive care and outcomes. Leah brings expertise in mental health screening and treatment, change management, and program design and implementation. Leah has her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman's University in Denton.

Elizabeth (Libby) Greenberg Executive Assistant 

Libby is an accomplished executive assistant offering many years of administrative experience reporting to a CEO, senior partners in law firms and other top executives. She has been working for HealthTeamWorks since 2011. Prior to working for HealthTeamWorks, she worked for law firms as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal for 20+ years. Libby is a consummate professional dedicated to making the lives of busy executives easier. She serves as an effective gatekeeper; prepares well-researched and accurate documents; manages extremely busy calendars; and efficiently handles daily office tasks.

Jennifer Halfacre Practice Facilitator

Jennifer has over seven years of experience managing the data and quality programs for a primary care clinic. She provided the infrastructure for tracking and reporting progress on quality improvement projects and grant-related clinical quality measures, including compliance of public health initiatives and disease prevention programs.  Jennifer facilitated a culture of continuous quality improvement by implementing and analyzing a survey for patients and employees. She was the project management lead for practice transformation initiatives which included projects such as Patient-Centered Medical Home, Team-Based Care, and the State Innovation Model. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Shelli James Practice Facilitator, Chronic Care Professional/Health Coach

Shelli began her career with HealthTeamWorks in April 2010. Prior to joining, Shelli worked at National Jewish Health for more than 20 years. She has served as mental health counselor for chronically ill children and adolescents. Then as a community outreach manager, Shelli provided program development, marketing, health screening/education to Coloradans and communities across the country. Shelli received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. She is certified as a Chronic Care Professional & Health Coach. Shelli has dedicated her personal and professional life to helping those with health disparities and empowering patients to become engaged in their own health & wellness.

Jaclyn King, MSW NCQA PCMH CEE Practice Facilitator

Jaclyn joined HealthTeamWorks in 2014 and is an NCQA PCMH CEE, working with over 35 practices to date to achieve Level 3 recognition status. She has worked with pediatric practices, school based health centers (SBHC), residency practices and family medicine practices on advanced primary care transformation and redesign. As a designated master trainer with her Masters in Social Work and her instructional design certificate, Jaclyn provides healthcare professionals with essential skill development, delivering an innovative training curriculum. She has rich experience as chair to another Denver non-profit as well as working in Denver Public Schools, non-profits and government agencies, both domestically and internationally.

Lisa Leary, MS Program Manager

Lisa has been coaching healthcare professionals for over 15 years. Building on the adage of "those who do the work, are the best ones to improve the work," she supports her clients through collaboration and education. Lisa equips teams to diagnose and treat their system using innovative, cost-effective solutions. She has published and presented on a variety of topics, including using microsystems to transform practice, measurement fundamentals for quality improvement, and defining and understanding quality in nursing home settings. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Granite State College, and a Master of Science in Evaluative Clinical Science from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. She is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and brings a variety of tools and methodologies to teams, as well as passion for motivating organizational teams to achieve their goals.

Kristin Martina, MSW Organizational Development Manager

With over 10 years of medical social work and care management experience, Kristin brings expertise in facilitation, project management, and operational management. She is passionate about the training and advancement of the healthcare workforce. Kristin is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and uses the strengths-based coaching framework to enhance individual contributions, teamwork, and leadership in sectors including healthcare delivery systems, executive leadership teams, and non-profit management. She also received a Lean Certificate from The Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Kristin received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida.

Jennifer Miller, MA CPC+ National Learning Faculty and Practice Facilitator

Jen joined HealthTeamWorks working with practices involved in the ENSW and SIM programs. She is also involved in the CPC+ initiative on the National Learning Faculty team. In this role, Jen develops national learning opportunities for practices at different stages of their transformation efforts. She applies her expertise as a certified professional Wellness Coach to guide practices through change management and quality improvement. Jen has a M.A. degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico. She is also a Certified Professional Coach, from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).

Gina Mlcuch Senior Administrative Associate

Gina joins us after spending the last 20 years with IBM in a variety of roles ranging from supervisory to executive administrative assistant. In her most recent role, Gina has been providing virtual administrative support to a number of high level executives. She also has a background in medical administration, having worked in the Health Information Department at the University of Vermont Hospital. Her strengths include streamlining and developing effective processes, building strong relationships, and has an efficient and positive work style enabling her to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Hanna Moffett Program Coordinator

Hanna joined HealthTeamWorks in November 2013. Prior to joining HealthTeamWorks, she spent more than 15 years working for Nokia Corporation, with positions in marketing, internal and external communications and industry analyst relations. In her current role as Program Coordinator, she supports project teams by generating program related materials, tracks practice and team deliverables, and collaborates with team members to come up with creative solutions to address client needs. Born in Finland, she started her schooling in Swaziland and graduated from Helsinki Secretarial College in Finland. She has worked in Finland, Germany, New York, and now Colorado.

Lori Nichols, MSPH Practice Facilitator

Lori is a Practice Facilitator with HealthTeamWorks, serving on the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) program. With 20+ years of healthcare industry experience, Lori has been involved with multiple practice transformation and workflow redesign efforts across a variety of primary care settings. Her knowledge and expertise comes from working with FQHCs, private practices, hospitals, academic institutions and public health organizations. In her current role with CPC+, Lori supports a wide range of Colorado-based primary care practices that are committed to improving process and clinical outcomes, strengthening care delivery, decreasing costs, and creating optimal experiences for staff and patients.

Ryann Nickerson, MA Marketing Specialist

Ryann has a background in education, community outreach and public relations. Throughout her career, Ryann has worked on a number of projects developing marketing, public relations, fundraising and political communication strategies for political, private and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining HealthTeamWorks, she was with University Communications at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and served as the Communications and Organizing Director at COLOR Latina, an organization committed to health care access and education in the Latino community. She has her Masters of Arts in Communication at University of Colorado Denver and her undergraduate degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Brian Paradis Consultant

Brian has more than 25 years of healthcare delivery experience in strategic planning, operations, and financial performance management. He is a creative idea generator and consensus builder who uses thought leadership to foster innovation within healthcare delivery teams. Brian developed and jointly operated a clinically integrated network with an Academic Medical Center, regional system with four hospitals, and a medical school to with focus to bring in the most resistant physicians to the network. Brian served as CFO, President and Chief Operating Officer of Florida Hospital’s Central Region, a $4 billion enterprise with private and employed physicians and achieved substantial and profitable market share growth. Under his leadership, Florida Hospital was ranked as the #1 Hospital in Florida by U.S. News & World Report for three consecutive years, and was a 2014 finalist for the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Florida Hospital was also the largest hospital in the United States to achieve the ISO 9001 certification for quality. Previously, Brian was the Chief Financial Officer for the Florida Division of Adventist Health Systems. He was instrumental in the successful launch of Celebration Health, a state-of-the-future healthcare facility in Walt Disney’s Celebration community. Brian is a member of the HealthTeamWorks Board of Directors.

Stephanie Plumb-Maxwell, RHIA, MBA Healthcare Learning Faculty

Stephanie has 18 years of healthcare operations and management experience. She leverages that knowledge and experience gained through multiple Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) transformation projects, practice management, billing revenue cycle management, process alignment and improvement, data review, and regulatory compliance knowledge as an active member in multi-disciplinary teams. Before joining HealthTeamWorks, Stephanie was a Centers of Excellence Consultant at TransforMED. Prior to that experience, she worked as a program manager in behavioral health evaluating process improvement initiatives, key performance indicators, review of data sets, and development of work plans for collaborative care implementation. She received her B.S. in Health Information Management from East Carolina University and her MBA from Baker University.

Jane Reed, MBA Practice Facilitator

Jane brings with her over 10 years of experience in project management, group facilitation, practice transformation, program development and implementation, strategic planning, and risk management. She is passionate about helping healthcare organizations provide high-quality, efficient, and sustainable care. She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified in healthcare. Jane received her BA in Psychology from University of Rochester in Rochester New York and her MBA from Boise State University.

Erin Rogers, MA Administrative Coordinator

Erin joined HealthTeamWorks as an Administrative Assistant in March of 2016. Prior to joining HealthTeamWorks, she served as a Public Outreach Coordinator for a nonprofit group focused on the cleanup of Rocky Flats, a former nuclear weapons production plant. Erin also worked for a real estate company performing marketing, contract management, market research and communications. Erin grew up in Minnesota, where she received a B.A. from the University of MN-Duluth. Erin also has her M.A. from the University of Denver in International Studies and Policy Analysis.

Cecilia Saffold, MBA, PMP Transformation and Technology Program Manager

Cecilia partners with healthcare organizations to analyze their strategies and catalyze meaningful transformations. Her unique combination of consulting, supply-chain, contract, and project management experience drives her capability to facilitate critical conversations that result in the development and implementation of nuanced solutions and plans. Cecilia brings a wealth of professional expertise in planning and executing strategy. Most recently, she led national practice transformation teams as a Commercial Project Manager at TransforMED. There Cecilia impacted over 200 practices in engagements supporting shared savings ACOs, clinically integrated health systems, residencies, Federally Qualified Health Centers, sub-specialty and rural solo provider practices. Cecilia received her BA at Northwestern University Evanston and her MBA at Rockhurst University, Helzberg School of Management Kansas City, MO.

Angela Schindler-Berg CPC+ Nebraska Project Lead

Angie has been working in the community based behavioral health field for over 20 years. She is both a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Before joining HealthTeamWorks, Angie worked as a Program Manager in an integrated care clinic in Omaha, NE, where she provided leadership in program development and organization processes, oversaw data collection, tracked and analyzed outcomes. She brings expertise in mental health, care management, and trauma informed care in primary care settings. Angie also sits on the Heartland Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) board. Angie received a B.S. from Wayne State College and M.S. from Drake University in Rehabilitation Administration and Community Clinical Counseling.

Joanne M. Shear Consultant

Joanne Shear is a dedicated healthcare professional whose career began in nursing and has since escalated to a position of national prominence as the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) National Primary Care Clinical Program Manager from 2008 until her retirement in January 2017. She was involved in developing, planning and directing the implementation of the VHA patient centered medical home model from its inception in 2010 until her retirement. In her role with VHA, Joanne served as clinical resources expert for national health policy and is also a consultant to key management officials regarding the collection and analysis of system wide health care trends and data, including the integration of measures and models for assessing health care delivery systems, quality, risk and utilization of resources throughout the country. In January 2017, Joanne established her consulting agency, Primary Care Transformation Experts, LLC. She continues to work with international and national healthcare organizations to support healthcare transformation efforts. Joanne received her Bachelor’s degree from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY, Master’s degree from the State University of NY, and was awarded a Post-Graduate Certificate in Family Practice from Russell Sage College.

Rashad Singleton, Clinical Health Information Technology Advisor (CHITA)

Rashad has built a career in the fast paced and ever-changing world of Healthcare IT. Passionate about optimizing and advancing EHRs to improve patients’ accessibility to healthcare services, Rashad has advised and trained providers around the country on a number of EHRs. His clients have been in wide variety of medical specialties, such as: Oncology, Cardiology, Pediatric Surgery, OBGYN, and Urology. Rashad graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies at the University of Central Missouri.

David Solawetz, RN Consultant

David is a seasoned registered nurse and visionary healthcare leader with a focus on creating world class patient experience, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, and optimizing delivery systems. His 25 years in rural hospital / clinic operations and direct patient care, uniquely position him to help organizations create innovative solutions to produce exceptional quality, service and cost savings. He’s currently helping rural hospitals and clinics transition from volume to value using Lean management principals to engage everybody, everyday in continuous improvements. He’s a Lean-Six Sigma healthcare consultant and the vice president of SigmaMed Solutions.

Kristen A. Stine, MSOD, Learning and Diffusion Manager

Kristen leverages her background in training and organization development to synthesize HealthTeamWorks learnings into to actionable tools and resources to support transformation. Her primary responsibilities include developing new Training and Education programs and serving as project lead for the Solutions Center membership platform. Kristen’s past roles include Practice Transformation Strategist at the American Academy of Family Physicians and Training and Development Manager with TransforMED. Kristen has a Master’s degree in Organization Development, is a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner, and is trained as an International Coach Federation (ICF) coach and a Clinical Health Coach from the Iowa Chronic Care Consortium (ICCC).

Jan Street, Executive Assistant

Jan has over 30 years’ experience in administrative and executive assistant support. Prior to joining us, she served as office manager for an insurance agent and is licensed in P&C insurance in multiple states. Jan worked for almost a decade as accountant and bookkeeper at the Dallas/Fort Worth Hospital Council and has also worked in sales and catering for the hotel industry. Jan was first exposed to healthcare delivery, training, and transformation while working at TransforMED – a subsidiary of the American Academy of Family Physicians – and is excited to continue her lifelong ambition to never stop learning and be a positive contributor to her team’s outcomes at HealthTeamWorks.

Heather Walker, Learning Experience Designer

Heather joined HealthTeamWorks in 2011 after spending four years as the operations and marketing coordinator for an audiology practice. She is currently the Learning Experience Designer on the Training and Education team. Heather has earned certificates in Designing Learning and Evaluating Learning Impact as well as the designation of Master Instructional Designer from the Association for Talent Development. At present, Heather is pursuing a Master’s of Science in Information and Learning Technology with an emphasis in Instructional Design and Adult Learning from the University of Colorado Denver.

Todd Welter Consultant

From hospital systems to physician groups, Todd has hundreds of clients, both nationally and internationally. As the founder and president of RT Welter & Associates, he has been assisting medical providers with the business side of healthcare for over 20 years. His areas of expertise are: 1) Fee for service and risk contracting, including Medicare advantage shared savings upside/downside risk, 2) Credentialing and credentialing management for facilities, providers, and insurance companies, 3) Assistance with the management of member panels, risk allocation strategies, and 4) Coding and coding education consulting to assist providers of all sizes with proper and complete coding of services. Todd is affiliate faculty at the University of Denver’s Health Care Leadership Master’s program and lead faculty in the Innovation program.

Blake J Williamson MD MS Consultant

Dr. Williamson is an experienced physician, healthcare executive, and consultant. He has cultivated a unique approach to helping healthcare organizations understand the risks of populations and implement strategies to effectively manage them. With 20+ years of experience serving as a Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President for organizations such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City, Asante Health System, and Milliman USA, Blake has built a reputation as an executive who understands all sides of provider-payer relationships and looks ahead to future challenges within the sector. As a consultant, he works with a diverse range of clients to help them to create solutions that meet changing demands in the marketplace. Additionally, Dr. Williamson focuses on helping his clients build value-driven care programs and systems that identify and mitigate risks and maximizes the relationship between the client organizations and payers. Karen York Consultant

Karen York is a healthcare consultant with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, emergency physician groups, physician practices, medical plans, and hospice care. She is a skilled facilitator and has led organizations to better outcomes. Karen is certified in the areas of Healthcare Quality Improvement, Medical Staff Services, Clinical Healthcare Coaching, and Lean Healthcare Management. She is currently an Adjunct Faculty in the Healthcare MBA Program at Belmont University teaching Patient Centered Care and Healthcare Quality Improvement. Karen earned her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and holds a BA in Education.
