HealthTeamWorks has two 2017 dates for our intensive 3-day performance improvement facilitator training in Denver, Colorado. The 101 level course is for practice facilitators, coaches and practice managers who support quality improvement within a healthcare setting, within a practice or across a variety of departments and on behalf of practice transformation organizations.

 101 Curriculum 

  • Create effective Quality Improvement (QI) teams, apply knowledge and identify problems, institute solutions and meet goals

The 201 level course is for advanced practice facilitators, practice managers and quality specialists. Meet the demands of new quality payment programs and acquire the skills to evolve an organization from incremental forms of performance improvement to deep, sustainable transformation.

While the workshops have been designed to be taken in series, Advanced Practice 201 can be taken by facilitators who already possess the appropriate foundational skills. If these dates do not fit your schedule, please contact us to discuss other training options in 2017.
